Kimberley's Volunteer Trip

Well, it’s hard to start to explain an incredible trip, where the first time in over 4 years I had no access to technology (or lack thereof) for a week long period in a busy time of the year. This trip was unique, in every way shape and form, from the first interaction of getting on board the trip, to the moment I jumped on the plane to go home, and every thing in between.

Canberra-based sportswear company OnTheGo® Sports has been crowned Online Retail - ACT Exporter of the Year at the 2014 Chief Minister’s Export Awards today at the Hyatt Hotel.

4 top step podiums for OTG Racing

OTG Racing has dominated across the weekend winning 4 top step podiums.

At the Scott 24 hour race Glen Sinnott and Linda Ståhlgren Bouveng took out the mixed pairs in the 6 + 6 category while Callum McNamara fought a close battle with Andrew Lloyd to take out the elite solo 6 + 6 category.

Jason McAvoy also took a convincing win at the Scott 24 taking out the 24 hour pairs category and coming an impressive 3rd overall.

Lyndsey Wall also did us proud by taking out FIRST place at the Woopi Tri Festiva.

The Six Stages of Getting Over a Bad Race

After a string of race disasters this year with snapped chains, broken thumbs, sickness and a major loss of form due to training for Iron Man wrecking every race I rolled up to, this race, I would take seriously. I stopped all the Iron Man training and stuck to bike miles, training harder than I had all year. I spent hundred of dollars on nutrition and getting the bikes dialed and perfect. I starved myself and spent every day hungry, losing 4kg. I tapered properly and carbo loaded like crazy.

Canberra-based OnTheGo Sports has signed an exclusive deal to supply customised athletic apparel to international fitness chain Anytime Fitness for its Asian Operations.

The deal will see OnTheGo expand on its partnership with Anytime in Australia with more than 30 individual apparel products to clubs across Singapore, China, India, Japan, Malaysia and The Philippines.
